Barcelona Club

The Barcelona club - or as its fans call it - is a Spanish sports club from the city of Barcelona in Catalonia. The club's stadium is called the Nou Camp. Is one of the most prominent Spanish clubs, where he won many local, continental and international tournaments in the various sports that he participates in - in addition to football - basketball, ice hockey and handball.

The club is currently headed by Juan La Porta and the football team is led by Dutch coach Frank Rijkaard. The team is dominated by the world's best player, Cronaldino in 2004 and 2005, Dico, Samuel Eto'o, Xavi Hernandez, Carlos Puyol, Van Bommel, Rafael Marquez, Lionel Messi, Death.

The beginnings of the club :

The Barcelona club founded Swiss businessman Hans Gamper, who obtained Catalan citizenship and changed his name to Juan Gamper. It all began in 1899 when Gamper placed an ad in a local newspaper asking athletes to join him in a football game that was not known at the time. The club has 11 players and under the direct supervision of Gamber, the team won their first tournament - the Mathaya Cup - in 1901, now known as the Catalonia Championship.

Until 1909 the club had no private stadium, but played and trained in the city's public stadiums until the Carrier Industriya Stadium (Industrial Street) was built on March 14 of that year and the stadium had capacity for 6,000 spectators.

The golden period
The legendary Barça players Paulino Alcantara, Zamora, Jose Smetier and others brought him success and excellence in performance and were able to win the first Spanish league championship in 1929. In this period was built La Cortes stadium, which was able to thirty thousand spectators and was later expanded to capacity capacity to 60,000 spectators .

Cupala and the five tournaments
At the end of the 1940s, the club began to recover from its problems, which almost led to its failure. The club won the Spanish league for the first time in 15 years with the help of players such as Cesar and Valescu. The political situation in the country has been calm and this has led to a better level of club play and increased membership, making the club's material problems gradually fade away. Kopala signed a contract with the club and Barça won almost every trophy in his first years (two league and cup 3 times).

Camp Nou and Cruyff arrival

In 1957, the new Club Nou Camp opened. General Franco has provided a grant to the club, the land on which the stadium, one of the world's largest stadiums, is built, with more than 90,000 spectators. Although the club has outstanding players and despite its comfortable financial position, the club won only three titles during the 1960s (the Spanish Cup twice and the Ferris Cup once). Despite the scarcity of titles in that period, however, the social acceptance of the club in Catalonia began to increase and increased the material return.
